Anesan Naidoo

Anesan Naidoo is regarded as one of Business Coaching Systems top coaches; he is a recipient of the Business Coaching Systems 2006 National Coach of the Year Award and is recognised as having made significant contributions to the development of the organisation and its intellectual property.    Anesan has been involved in Business Coaching Systems since 1998.  Recruited initially for his extensive Project Management experience Anesan is now one of the longest serving members of the BCS Team.  Over the past five years as a BCS Coach Anesan has helped over 300 workgroups and individuals in various industry sectors reach and exceed their potential.

As part of the Corporate Coaching division of Business Coaching Systems, he works with many large and diverse organisations, not just helping them develop strategic and operational plans for their organisations but also coaching them through the successful implementation of the plans.  He also works with many senior managers in large businesses, executive coaching them to achieve their work – life balance objectives.  

Anesan’s experience covers a broad range of industries including, retail, construction, banking, telecommunications, sport, the clubs industry, hospitality and many more. He’s helped many household names achieve their goals including, Telstra, The Bavarian Hospitality Group, Parramatta Leagues Club, Walker Corporation, NIB, South Bank Corporation and many others realise their business ambitions.  

Educated at the UNSW and Australian Graduate School of Management, he is a formally qualified manager of change with a strong understanding of the principles of selling and a distinguished track record as a business and executive coach.  He is also an accredited coach of the International Coaching Federation with over 2000 hours of formal business coaching experience.
