Staffing Profiles: Summary of BCS Client Relationship and Support Staff Functions.

Account Directors/Coaches

The coach with the role of Account Director is the overall client relationship manager accountable for client satisfaction. They work closely with Field Project Managers to ensure all outcomes promised are achieved and your requirements for optimum support from all BCS staff functions are met.


Project Managers 

From the minute you embark on a business-coaching project with BCS, project-liaison and accountability are the responsibility of the Field Project Managers. Their role is to guide and monitor the process through the various stages and ensure that everyone does what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and within the budget guidelines agreed.


Production

No later than five days after your workshop, clients have the documentation developed to serve as the road map for implementation of their plans. Our production team arranges document delivery in various media ranging from hard copy, through emails to CD's. 

Support

Operations, Finance and Asset management are performed by qualified and experienced staff or by specialist contractors. In IT, for example, we have specialists and contractors who provide development and maintenance of the IT infrastructure needed and tools used by our staff, such as our intranet and end-user software. They also develop special computer applications and websites for BCS.
