The BCS 10 Steps are ten purpose designed questions which, when answered with integrity, will build a workgroup's path to perfect operational performance for each task within the group's responsibilities. The ‘group’ typically consist of the MD plus direct reports; the department manager and staff; or the owner and all staff in a small business. Answers to the questions are devised by consensus within the group – facilitated by your BCS coach.

The program results in a more cohesive workgroup; with members readily pooling expertise; jointly agreeing the action plans. Ownership by each individual ensured and all participants are committed to implement the plan!

Outputs: documentation is detailed and is made available in a timely fashion, normally by email unless otherwise arranged.

Who will make this happen?

The role of the BCS coach is paramount: At the workshop, the role is one of objective facilitator as well as the expert in gaining group consensus. In the implementation phase, an ‘accountability’ to your coach for the serious business of achieving the agreed goals is most helpful.
