Established by BCS in March 2007 to serve the advancement of the Coaching Profession

   

 IOC Mission

The Institute's mission is to represent and promote the business coaching profession, maintain standards and develop members.

To clarify the definition and scope of coaching professionals, a 4-year joint study project between the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and BCS has been completed in 2006. The study conclusions serve the IOC in determining its core direction.

IOC's website www.organisationalcoaching.com.au is planned to be available during the second half of 2009

  

The IOC's initial focus: to enable it to support members by:

  • Identifying business development opportunities.
  • Offering free and fee for service education and training
