Area of Expertise   A sound business plan can reveal new financial opportunities.  As an accredited Senior Coach with the Institute for Organisational Coaching, Wayne Bubb maintains that effective business planning and financial planning create complementary new efficiencies. “Any service provided to Business must have a measurable, value based proposition; readily identifiable by the client.” With over 30 years experience as a business coach and financial planner, Wayne Bubb has assisted his clients in diverse sectors such as manufacturing, the travel and mining industries and the media to achieve effective Strategy, Best Practice Operations and meaningful Performance Management,  tax efficient earnings and cost effective business growth.

Qualifications and Past Experience
From a background of guiding and assisting business and professional people establish and achieve their financial security Wayne  identified the value of the coaching process.  From the clarity and speed which succinct Strategic plans could be developed and implemented using coaching principles, Wayne saw an opportunity to help clients develop their business opportunities with cost efficient and effective process.  

Having developed a passion for assisting Families in Business from a financial planning aspect, Wayne now also applies Coaching principles to assisting Families in Business professionalise and link the business to the family.  

Wayne and the team at Business Coaching Systems – WA assist workgroups develop and implement Executive Strategy at a stakeholder level, evolve Business Strategy at an executive level, then develop and implement operational plans with workgroups from a strategic focus.

Evolving a way of managing people’s performance based on open, honest, continuous and complete two way communication ensures all the business gains obtained are maintained into the future.  

From a concern for professional standards and ethics Wayne has made significant contributions to the Financial Services Industry bodies through the 1990s and is now working with the Institute for Organisational Coaching, Business Coaching Systems National and the University of Technology Sydney, to develop a basis for accreditation and professional standards within the Business Coaching profession.
