What we do for our clients

  • We help you ensure that decisions "taken from above" are no longer "resisted from below".
  • We provide you with the tools to ensure those entrusted with the formulation of action plans do so with common purpose and at the same time take ownership for their successful implementation.
  • We deliver in two weeks a distillation of all the skills, knowledge and administrative capabilities available in a particular section or organisation. The output takes the form of a document covering issues, constraints, plans, outcomes, responsibilities, schedules and priorities. We deliver it complete and ready to implement.
  • We work alongside your people to ensure implementation and continue until significant results emerge from our work. We remain your long term partner, adviser and sounding board. Many can make recommendations or put a plan together, but these are worthless unless quickly and effectively carried out.
  • We help you dispel the old maxim that equates gain with pain. Some discomfort is usually as much as is necessary.
  • We help you achieve the greatest and most effective level of participation in decision-making. There is a direct correlation between increased participation and taking ownership and the speed at which goals are attained.


How we do it: the keys to best practice

  • Ours is more than just facilitation; we also record the proceedings and the designed outcomes. We produce the action plans and guide their implementation.
  • Our facilitation creates an environment in which participants think and contribute freely, unrestricted by the scope of their day-to-day activities.
  • The BCS process is designed to build plans that the workgroup can put into practice. Every assignment includes implementation support by the Business Coach. Our assignment is not complete until your action plans have been put into place and significant results begin to emerge.
  • Our programmes are structured to ensure that participants address all the issues affecting a particular challenge. We provide strategic applications to address the environment and market of the business, as well as operational and performance management applications to address the issues within the business.
  • Our processes allow for the involvement and engagement of crucial stakeholders such as clients, suppliers, investors and advisors. The Thinking System methodology and facilitation process neutralises potential conflicts and provides a context in which differing interests can be aired and addressed.
  • A significant attraction of the BCS methodology is that is exceedingly simple for workgroup participants to understand and work with. Hand a BCS plan to a newcomer to the workgroup and it is possible to quickly align and integrate that person into the workgroup's action plan.
