Content: The program looks for balance in four areas of your life

   Finance/Career  

   Family/Community       Personal/Spiritual       Recreation/Restoration   

Method: a one-day off-site examination of the relevant aspects of your life and the way you can integrate your goals. 
                You leave the workshop witha work-life-style plan addressing all the personal challenges as diagnosed.
                To be implemented - with the support of the BCS Coach - over the next six to twelve months.

Result:   Achieving in one key area of life should not cost you the other three; these steps lead to mastery in all areas
                It channels your skills in one dimension to master the rest. 
                

Who will make this happen?

Paradoxically, the person most able to frame your objectives is you AND the person least likely to keep you focussed on them is also you. Therefore the support of the coach is paramount: someone who can be trusted with knowing your outcomes, but who has objectivity rather than vested interest in fudging progress.
