For some time we, as industry partner, have been working with the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) on a joint project aimed at bringing essential validation and authenticity to the coaching industry and business coaching methodology.

This 4-year project also established a model that we can utilise in the setting up cooperative arrangements with other organisations interested in coaching as a discipline, as well as advancing coaching methods.
